how to use bftest.exe?

i can run it and ingame i can type something like fps and it works.
But i can´t move the player and i don´t have any idea how to use the cam mod.
And i havn´t found any documentation about it.
What i want is woving like a player and capturing a small movie for the selection screen.

i´m near to releasing it.
Well in fact i´m waiting to know how to activate the sun and how to use the bftest.exe for the ingame movie i need to create.
