Custom models?

Just a few quick questions.

Can we import our custom models at this time?

I haven't had a chance to actually use the modding tools (sdk's), but i was just wondering.

Also, if we can import the models, how can we edit the abilities of the different models? eg. number of passengers, strengths ect.

And last question is: what file format will the models have to be in?
