Changing command post capture sounds
I've been trying to change the announcer that makes "command post captured/lost" announcements from the CIS one to the Rebel one. How can I do this, since I've seen no trace of any code that controls this in the .lua files?

A CP's VO is editable via the CP's instance properties, which are editable in Zero Editor. They can also be modified via the SetProperty function in a mission script.
