Is it possible to hex edit so you can have different awards?

hi
i was just wondering if it was possible to hex edit a file to give you awards for all the factions. Like elite rifle , demolition, all of those awards.
if it i possibe how do you do it?

like the award for each faction not just the republic or alliance.

No, it can't be done through hex editing, only by: (not gonna tell you!)

lol. If you would search you would know, but just don't Have fun playing and get them. Plus the elite rifle isn't that good IMO.

i use a gamepad unlike you as youve probably heard
so its really hard to aim unlike a mouse.
do you even know how to do it?

Would I have to hex edit to revert my sniper to 0 instead of cheating legendary, or is there some way to edit some files so that I can snipe and switch between pistol and rifle without getting the pointless rifle of nonuberness?
