How do I Remove Health Buff Effect and Sound

I need to know how to remove the health effect that units have attached to them when they are buff. I'm not talking about the ring , I'm talking about the blue aura with the little raindbow things. I'm stumped , how do I stop this from appearing !!

You need the edit the correct .fx file that affects the friend that is being healed.

I did and it's not showing up ! This effect is different than the others. I think I have to do something with the "addme" file or something.
