BF2 Mod Tools Immediately Crashes

BF2 Mod Tools Immediately Crashes

So I installed the mod tools from moddb.com and everything went smoothly. Then when I tried to open the program it gave me the bink32.dll file is missing. I downloaded a bink32.dll file and pasted it into the root of the folder. Now whenever I open the tool, even though I do have the original disk, the window pops up and immediately closes. Does anyone have a fix for this?
