Easy and simple. Just create a shortcut of zero editor, go to properties, and in the shortcut section, add "/resolution xxxx xxxx" without the quotes. Then it should look something like this:
I recommend going just a little bit smaller than your native resolution, but its really up to you as to how you want it.

EDIT: Warning. Larger resolutions will cause higher GPU usage.

You can already do this tho by editing the 'windowWidth' and 'windowHeight' values in the config.ini file.
