Floating icon issue is back stronger!

I did everything following the instructions of the floating icons fix but it doesn't work for me, at all. I am even trying it on a new data_X folder, but nothing works properly. I am also unable to munge shell.req for some reason, I can't proper develope a mod under those circumstances... :cry:
