Hi guys, I'm returning to BF2 after many years away. I was just wondering what popular new maps/mods people would recommend that have been released over the past couple of years. I remember I used to play, I think, dark times and the conversion pack.

I did do a video on this for a regular map and a mod map. In my research this was released back in May 2010 with megafileupload but someone mirrored the link to filefront.com but after that link was broken, their was no link anywhere to download so as said in the previous message, I decided to reupload the map so people can still enjoy it.

Hey people. Can anybody tell me if the Mediafire and Google Drive I've put in the first post are actually accessible and working ? Because lately I have seen people asking for maps/mods that have been available on either MF or Drive or both for a long time. Are those not user-friendly enough ? I haven't uploaded anything to them in a while but they are organized alphabetically. There's a search function too.

Don't get me wrong: I love the fact that people share older and rarer files and spread them on different places (@MikeTheBeast). Spreading and decentralizing is the way to go when you want to have things available easily and longly. But the Pax Empiricae mod has been available on the first post's Drive folder since 2013, and yet there is still a demand for it here, so it makes me wonder, does anyone notice it ?

I use mediafire all the time for both hosting and downloading. I haven't experienced any problems nor do I see any that anyone else would. However it's possible that people are suspicious of it containing malware or something if it's a site they haven't heard of. As for Google Drive, it is kind of annoying at times, as are a lot of Google's services. Drive's interface can be confusing if you don't know what to look for.

I would unify the link colors and avoid using too much color as this could drive the eye away, much like the carpet in a Vegas ca$ino. The dark blue is also little hard to read, at least for me on the default board style. Many people are looking for instant results nowadays and probably won't spend as much time searching as they should anyway and there is really no solution to this.

I am now looking for another older mod called "Republic Dooms Day: Frozen Flesh," I looked on the google docs but the link is currently broken and I checked other websites but they did not have it. If anyone has it and could reupload it I would be thankful but I am not going to get my hopes up, olders mods and maps tend to go missing and never be found.

Can somebody please reupload Virmund - City 1.1 with CTF file please. I played the 1.0 version and all of these guys get stuck in one corner and I want to play the bug free version, but when I tried to download it, the link was broken. Could somebody reupload it for me please
