I hope people don't mind me saying but this version of Theed is much better than the one from the conversion pack, that suffered from bright terrain.

Thanks! I had to remove the detail texture because somehow it caused brightness.

Whow that´s a great work. I realy like it.
One thing i want to mention is tot check flag1 mode on the Kashyyyk island map.
When i got the first point in flag mode the flag symbols disappeared from the map for a while.

Hmm, I never noticed something like that. Or maybe because some units were standing near the flag spawn point, they almost always do that and pick up the flag before it appears on the map.

EDIT: I decided not to convert anymore maps because Hoth, Endor and Jabba's Palace are not very different from the BF2 versions and the overall look is the same.

Please report any issues that may be left, so I can complete this pack and start working on my long planned side mod.

my long planned side mod.
Is this a side mod in the sense that it replaces the stock sides, or a side mod in the sense that it adds a new era?

Technically Hoth has a whole different tunnel system on near the shield generator in SWBF1 that's absent in SWBF2. Just sayin'

It will add new eras to all stock maps (and of course to my conversions).

Yes, I know. I played through both versions again, but the tunnel is not very big and not really needed.

Just noticed that the mini map on Dune Sea has more than one number at the Tusken CP.

Yes, there are multiple objects under the terrain called "Tusken spawn" or something, but I don't know how to make the number invisible.

As there are only 6 CPs, I remember changing the Tusken Camp CP from CP1 to CP6, the imperial CP with the flyers from CP10 to CP1, and the Rebel CP with flyers from CP7 to CP5, including there corresponding spawn paths and regions. I think that fixes it.

Your conversion didn't include those objects, I checked it by going under the terrain with freecam.

I did have them in version 1.0, but when I changed the CP numbers for version 2 they disappeared... Go figure :?

Edit: You could also try taking out tat_bldg_tuskanspawn from your worlds ODF folder.

Re: Marvel4's BF1 Conversion Pack

Maybe I'll do that. Or maybe I'll just keep it, it's a very small issue and it's not quite worth the work. :)

EDIT: Fixed a localization bug in Kashyyyk: Islands

EDIT: I decided to include Theed and Mos Eisley in the pack, too, so everything can be downloaded at once.

I will soon create a WIP thread for my era mod, which will add two eras to all stock maps (except Theed and Mos Eisley) and to all of my conversions.

The BF2 versions of Theed and Mos Eisley look different and not as good as the BF1 versions. Also, the BF2 versions of both maps lag terribly for me.
You should try out both or look at the screenshots and you will see the differences.

i allready played BF1 and the only thing i noticed on BF1 and BF2 mos eisley is the floor texture. and i think they both aren't realistic because on BF1 it looks like little pieces of wood and on BF2 there is no structure in the floor but on Tattoin it would be greeat if it would look like sand. Theed i haven't noticed differences maybe the sky but nothing else.
