New maps and mods are coming out quickly. If you release something (even a beta) please post it here. Be sure to give details in the topic such as Map/Mod name and version
Hi Gametoast! After about 1 month of work I proudly present you my map 'Underground City' !
The title says it all: It's a city (more like a village), and it's under the ground.
First I want to say that this is my first released map. I've made some maps before, but those were mostly
concepts or testing levels, and they were never finished. But this is the first I really worked a lot on, and
I'm quite proud of it, despite not being the best map in the world.
I've had fun making it, and I'm also having fun playing it. I hope you will too!

Underground City v1.0.2
a Star Wars Battlefront 2 map by Hunpeter12
Story:
On a nameless planet, under the ground lays an ancient city, built by an unknown civilization. Since the planet is rich in
mineral resources, both the Republic and the CIS wants to conquer it. And down below, under thousands of tons of rocks, the battle begins...
Installation:
Extract NNY folder into LucasArts/Star Wars Battlefront II/GameData/Addon. If you don't have an addon folder just create one.
Note that your computer may not allow you to extract the folder directly to the addon. Then just extract it somewhere else, and then move
it. Make sure you have administrator rights.
Known issues:
- ceiling looks ugly
- some AI 'may' get stuck
- the BX Commando Droid uses the Reload button to throw grenades
- possibly floating objects (???)

Legal Information:
THIS LEVEL IS NOT MADE, DISTRIBUTED, OR SUPPORTED BY LUCASARTS, A DIVISION OF LUCASFILM ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY LTD. ELEMENTS TM & (C) LUCASARTS, A DIVISION OF LUCASFILM ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY LTD.
UPDATE:
Not enough to call it 1.1 so it's just 1.0.2. I made a new minimap -it's basically a grayscale version of a ZE screenshot, but looks better and shows all objects - and fixed some floating objects. I uploaded the new NNY.lvl to here: https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=6 ... file%2clvl
Overwrite the existing one in Program Files/LucasArts/GameData/addon/NNY/data/LVL_PC/NNY
Have fun playing!
EDIT: I've sent the map to Konoa, a YouTuber, who makes SWBF2 videos (among others), and he reviewed it. The only thing he didn't like was the ground texture

You can also find another link to a video made by RedDyeGaming in the comments below. It has no commnetary but it's still great!

I really wanted to post on this. You did a good job with the class setups.
The map is a little dark, but not too much. You made some great use with nedard7's clone commando and the mace windu model. Overall for a first official map release this good. As a future suggestion man you might want to look into custom weapon models on here, the Dc-15 seemed a little out of place in the hands of a commando, but that's just my opinion. Good luck on your future releases bro!
*also thank you for helping me with that one thing
You're welcome Twinkey. I'm glad you liked the map. As for the weapons I'm not that big a Ster Wars nerd to know what exact weapons were used by what kinds of troopers. I suppose I could've looked it up though.
