Hey Gametoast modders - since most of you that are viewing this page actually mod battlefront you might not want to read the
"installation" file. That's fine since you already know how to install these maps just remember :
- The read me file contains credits and legal notes
- My maps are meant to be played in order - Play them that way people ! Reading the description for them in battlefront 2 will tell you there map number.

Looks pretty cool and I love the pictures. But why .zip? Why not .7z or at least .rar?

I don't know how to set up one of those 7z things like AQT does
(can someone pm me and teach me this )

It`s pretty simple. You just need to download 7zip. Install it anywhere. Then start FM(Filemanager).exe and put all the required into one .7z archive. There must be some tutorial videos anywhere how to do this.

I think I figured it out thanks - ill add that one to the download list !

These are by far the most ambitious and incredible maps I have ever experienced. There are a few technical difficulties but that is come to be expected with an experience of this incredible scope. A+ no question about it.

This map pack is probably one of my top favorite map packs now and the reason I say this is you have a built in campaign for every single map which is something that is rare to see on maps nowadays or even multiple maps in general! Even though the big file size took me like two hours to download I finally got it done and when I saw the new view I was quite impressed as well but I noticed I kept shooting to the left because of the new view. Anyways I liked the space map mission a lot too, you really made the Venator feel like a map and a ship instead of one or the other which I thought was also really impressive. Gameplay plays really well and I was not constantly dying from units which made me really happy but I did kill myself a lot since I got confused where to go with certain objectives. All in all you really did work hard on this and I hope you might do another map pack campaign series like this, you have a lot of potential in this modding community and the modding world!

I just played the first map as the republic.

1. Bugs:
- sniper has no award weapon, so I only have stealth after I changed the weapon.
- jet trooper misses jet effect, but maybe that's my graphiccard
- lorul the sonic blaster has no sonic effect, and the wrist rocket has no geometry, pistol icon floats a bit.

2. Concept:
very very nice mapping you have great ideas such as the Kamino base on Geonosis. It looks awesome. But many parts need some retexture to fit more to Geonosis.
I haven't test the balance, because I stopped playing before I finished. I'd not say there are too much units, but the map it selfe is too big.
The Kamino base has enough potential for an own map. The same for the entry of the Geonosis base. The Lorul unit has too much weapon and too much ammo. 12 rockets, health packs and grenades?? Why don't you give him unlimited ammo and health, super sprint and fast jetpack flying??

I haven't found the most places I need to got because I couldn't find the portals. I still do not know where the lift is and what it is good for.

I'll play the other maps as well, but i'm afraid that they are too big as well.
Please take the Kamino base from the geonosis map and make a map just with that. It would be awesome to fight outside and to see others fight under the water as well.

yes everyone I know the commanders and captains are wayyyyyyyy over powered - you have to keep in mind a couple things - one originally there was supposed to be a video me and my friends were gunna make surrounding my maps so we each got our own commanders and captains to go along with that and my friends are not the best at battlefront sooooo that's why they were overpowered I decided to keep that tho just for people to use as sort of a ... cheat

bug reports have also been rapidly coming in - the jedi pilot wont work, the kashyyyk map crashes if the inferno turret fires at the frigate, sounds are missing and there might be an update to fix that (if windows 10 would munge ) ... but sadly I'm announcing that I will not be making any more maps. if you haven't read the read-me file then you should know I'm a high school student and this has already taken up sooooooo much time. Ill be around to help here on gametoast but no more mods, stay tuned for my YouTube channel though everyone

btw following the clones through zero the first time helps you find the portals aka elevators, then following the yellow arrows leads you to destroy the three systems. I know its complicated - geonosis is my most complicated map

Sad to hear that you will not be making any more maps Lorul1, you really did impress me with all the work you have done and I was really hoping that you would have continued your work but I can understand your situation. I am in college now and I will not have much time on my hands either so I probably will not be commenting as much (even though I did not do much of it) on the forums but I will be sticking around to see if anyone releases other mods/maps.

The maps are awesome! The Kashyyyk map is stunning
But, there are some bugs such as the sound of the vehicles in land maps, or when the explosions/rockets do not appear when you fire (though they are effective).
