Star Wars Battlefront: Tides of War

Star Wars Battlefront: Tides of War (1.0)

This is the first relase of the Star Wars Battlefront: Tides of War era mod. Play as the customized sides on and of the stock maps, features include class customization, just pause the game and select class customization from the menu to change the 5th unit weapons and appearance for each side. You will have
to respawn to see those changes, in order to see them on the unit select screen you might have to hover over another unit then come back
to the custom for the player model and weapon model to have changed.

To install, simply put the TOW folder in your addon folder. You may need the Unofficial 1.3 patch to play.
To play, simply select any of the stock land map missions in the game.

Features
-Heroes have unlimited ammo
-Different classes drop different items on death
-Explosions push living and dead units
-Sometimes units will be knocked down on a blaster induced death, like in DT2
-AI aim more accurate with single shot weapons, and smarter with how they use weapons
-32 bots on each side
-Custom scopes
-Modifed all stock sides, including locals, hunt units, and units in the campaign
-Recoil for weapons
-Units have less health
-Messages anytime a team captures or loses a command post
-AI Heroes in addition to player hero
-Vehicle Cockpits
-Troopers get a motionblur similar, but less than heroes
-3rd Person camera angle tighter

Known Bugs:
Floating Weapon Icons
Missing Sounds
Sometimes CP Neutralize message says the wrong team
Chewbacca buggy
Jango missing second gun
Yoda saber throw weird
Wookiee missing first person view hunt
Local sides localized as rebel/honor guard
leia honor guard won't spawn hero assault
Leia doesn't spawn tantive iv campaign

In the future, I plan on adding more weapons and skins for the custom unit, adding AI Hero support to CTF and XL modes, increasing the AI difficulty in
other ways, and fixing bugs.

Please report bugs that aren't listed above if you notice them, all the other feedback is encouraged as well.

It's a very nice mod, although I think it needs more weapon choices, like the Magna Guards' rocket launching weapon and the shotgun like weapon used by the rebel smuggler. Maybe some melee weapons as well, for the Imperial Red Guard or Magna Guard. Also I noticed the sixth unit was removed, so that there are no units like Droidekas or Jet Troopers. In addition, using the Jet Trooper skin doesn't give you the ability the fly, despite the fact the jact pack is present on the model.

Thanks for the feedback. More weapons are already in the works, including the rebel shotgun as well as some new weapons. I wanted to add melee weapons but I've had trouble with that so I don't think I'll be doing that. Jetpacks also caused a problem so I decided to not make them a customization option, the jettroopers are not supposed to be able to fly. The 6th unit and officers were removed to stick with the simpler class system of the original battlefront, with the custom unit replacing the special unit.
