How to create models in XSI and other 3D applications and make them work in Battlefront 1 & 2. Post models, tips for application usage and share anything XSI, 3DMax, SketchUp, etc.
Post pictures of your own models you want to show off, and remember:
Wireframe pics are a requirement for everyone from here on, so if you post a pic of your model in shaded or textured be sure to post a wireframe or wireframe on shaded pic also, this not only helps prove it to be your work and avoids plagiaristic accusations but others will also learn from your work by examining edge flow, and learning is the important thing here because the more you learn the better you'll get.
Also, please don't try to turn the Showcase topic into your personal WIP topic.
If you intend to post progress updates for a particular project every so often then it would be best to create a new WIP topic and then you can update it all you want.

How about that, it extended past my screen and I completely missed it. That seems a little high for a head texture, although if it's just for a render I guess that's ok.
Functional legs? Because that's gonna be nigh on impossible if you want to make the wheel and the legs both work, it'll be a hassle enough to get the treads to spin.
Some renders of one of my weapons I plan to put in Prime Front. I have some tanks and ships as well, but I'm still trying to get their renders right right now, anyway, here is the V85OS Assault Blaster:

Grievous' Wheel Bike
Looki prettyly nicey
thanks!
Looks nice, bit high poly. Making it a treaded vehicle will be hard, because of the cubes on the wheel. I would suggest making it a walker, with a sprint anim which is basicly rolling (animating the outside wheel to rotate is completely do-able)
I always wanted to make this.. It's not a unbelievably great model, or texture.. It also wouldn't be produced when I would offer Harley Davidson to use the concept, since it lacks A LOT of important motorbike stuff
Still, as Mr. Freddie said: "I want to ride my bicycle, I want to ride my bike.."
