Texture editor not showing texture

Post by Delta-1035 »

Hello, I'm following wazmol's How To Texture An Object in XSI Tutorial, but I'm stuck on step 8.

When I open the texture editor, there's nothing showing up.

Does anybody know what's going on?

I'm trying to give textures to bonystyle's weapon models he released here, I don't know if there's somehting wrong with those models, but most likely I'm doing something wrong since I'm a total newbie at this.

Btw, I'm using autodesk softimage mod tool 7.5.

I believe you have to select the texture you want to view through the 'Clips' menu in that window.

some times i had the same problem. use the selection tool (space) and klick some where to unselect everything. next select your msh. Next you shoud see the UVing. If there is the wrong texture shown, you can select it from the clip menu
