Select the bones from which you wish to delete the keyframes, navigate to the keyframe in the animation timeline, activate the transform tool for the transform type whose keyframes you wish to delete (such as translation or rotation), and press K to unset the keyframes.

Alternatively, instead of selecting the keyframes in the animation timeline, open the Animation Editor with the 0 key, select the animation splines, select the little boxes that represent the keyframes you wish to delete, then press the Delete key.
