Foundation trial

I just downloaded the the Foundation trial for XSI and it says it's being used by another program, how do you fix that?

do a virus scan and then reinstall and keep and reinstallign until it works

just restart your PC, i had the same problem but with something else and restarting works because your PC starts with no programs runnin so nothin can be using it.

Dude Ad - Aware is for spyware, not viruses. Try AVG Anti - Virus; it's free, and it's quite good.

OK I have AVG and it also says no virus's, I think I just to restart my computer, thanx for your help, I'll save xsi foundation for later once have figure out xsi, now I can when i'm ready use the exporter!
