Another problem with windows 8. When I press a key (for example w to run forward) for about 5 seconds, and take my finger off, a short windows sound plays. The computer still thinks I am pressing a key until I press a new one. I turned off sticky keys, filter keys, and toggle keys. I also disabled them in the registry (according to a tutorial). Th num lock light used to go on for that until i disabled that in the registry (it still goes on if I press it). What should I do?
EDIT: solved. it was an issue with the microsoft wired 200 keyboard. do not get this keyboard.

What kind of keyboard are you using? Wireless or wired? Mechanical or standard? What's the brand?
