How do I install v1.3 patch SWBF2 for mac? (steam)

Hello! Thank you for visiting my post. Today I need help to install v1.3 patch for SBWF2 like said above. I tried to install it but when I go into my game it is still 1.1 ( no fake console or free camera with no differences in instant action). I used wine to open the exe file. Can anyone please help me? Thank you! :D

Which revision of the v1.3 patch are you using? The one that comes with the Conversion Pack probably won't work, but in theory, the r129 version should...
