I figured out I accidently uninstalled my sound software/hardware. I looked all over the net to see how I could fix it. At the end, I ended up using the CD that came with the motherboard the sound software was there
Off-topic :SkyHawk, although your problem seems to have been properly worked out, would you mind giving me the exact References of both your current Motherboard and Audio Card / Integrated Chipset ?
My sound is a Realtek AC'97 Audio for VIA (R) Audio Controller. I have no idea how to check what my motherboard is, because I dont know how. I remember it being an ASUS something >.<
