Show off your mods, get help on a mod, heck, even just have a good time downloading other folks mods. This forum is all about modding for any non-SWBF games.
It's being made in CryEngine3 and will be a free standalone game which aims to recreate the awesome gameplay you got from the Star Wars Battlefront series but with many more advanced features and far better graphics.
Thanks for taking a look!

PS Keep up the awesome mapping and modding!

It's really strange that you're making full-detailed interior spaces without having any apparent gameplay prototype in place. By all rights, you shouldn't be making map spaces until you know what travel is going to feel like on your maps, how the flow of your play is, and how populated your levels will be.
That ModDB page is also really messy. And is it a SWBF2 mod or is it a CryEngine standalone? You keep saying it's the latter, but your description says it's the former.

THIS.
Experience shows that you shouldn't be installing a killer stereo until you're sure you can get the car to run smoothly.

Jes. This. Ideally, you should only create incredibly basic and low-detail temporary art that establishes the levels, revise the layout, wash, rinse, repeat until it's exactly where you want it.

Jes, this. We don't want you wasting a ton of time creating SUPER-great art assets and ending up not being able to use them due the mod's potential to fail (which I'm sure it won't).
The other maps will (or already are being) handled differently.
We now have basic SWBF gameplay working so the map can actually be tested to some degree.
The only thing I see a possibly big problem with is the med bay. All other interior assets should work out fine with some small adjustments. It's not like the gameplay (which could affect the interiors) will differ a lot from other third person/first person shooters.

I changed the mod's description and I will tidy up the page some more.
I agree with you guys, but we have a working prototype and we will definitely keep testing to see if the gameplay fits with the interior.
It says on the summary to keep an eye out for Alpha. Does that mean you will release it to the public or just say that the alpha is being tested? Cause I really want to try this game, it makes me think of Battlefront 3.

The alpha will be released to the public. But you'll have to wait .

EDIT:
Just wondering, but does this engine work on a mac? My brother doesn't like me using his windows computer (BF2 one) and I'd like to be able to just use a mac for this.
