Re: Fallout
I did a quick google search and found some websites that look like nice places with many mods for these games.
Fallout 3 Mods
Fallout New Vegas Mods
I personally have no experience with these websites.

Re: Fallout
The two biggest Fallout fans I know on this site are RevanSithLord and myself.
I've not gotten around to playing Fallout 2 yet, but I've played Fallout, Fallout Tactics, Fallout 3, and Fallout New Vegas.
You can say I'm a huge fan of all the games. Except Fallout Brotherhood of Steel, because screw that game.
forums/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=28372 The screenshots are dead but the link to the .kmz is fine, check it out.
As for the Nexus it is the best site for Fallout 3, New Vegas, Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim games.

While we're all talking about how much we love Fallout, I saw this on Reddit last night, and I'm going to give a couple of them a try; It's a list of different ways to set your S.P.E.C.I.A.L.'s and playstyles to use.

Re: Fallout
So everyone here that has responded where would you like the next fallout location to be and tell me the details like is it in America or is it outside America and why would you like the game to take place there?

Re: Fallout
Most likely the next location is going to be Boston, if you believe the rumors.
I'd love one to take place in China, Russia, or London (Big Ben would be fun to see), but those aren't going to happen. I'd like to see other parts of the wasteland in other countries.

Re: Fallout
I would like to see something in the either in the new England area or something in the great plains region
Reasoning
New England- Boats maybe/Possibly woodlands that can make hunting and tracking new parts of the game that can be used to get food and to make money(turning in pelts and such)
Great plains region- Owning a ranch/ Mountable mutated horses/ Large open rolling terrain.

Re: Fallout
I think that the UK would be the greatest choice ever for a Fallout game. Imagine all the possibilities. Big Ben...The Crown Jewels...Buckingham Palace...Doctor Who...

Re: Fallout
Then mountable yao guai ;P
EDIT
So everyone I have been thinking recently about what I would want in fallout 4 and three things kept coming up in my mind. However out of the three there two of them I actually would prefer not to have but I wanted to hear your opinions.
Race Selection-Yes- I would like this because we could be a ghoul(bonuses to stealth and explosives) or a human(bonuses to guns and speech) or an android(bonuses to energy weapons and science) or a super mutant(bonuses to big guns and melee). This could also add for more customization and special dialogue options
Vehicles-NO- It would make travel to easy and make the world feel small
Multiplayer-NO- I felt one of the best things about fallout was being alone and not being sure if you can survive and you will have to share loot which I wouldn't like
But please do tell me what you guys think

Re: Fallout
I think multiplayer similar to red dead redemption could add a whole new type of fun to the game, but yeah they need to keep a great solo campaign when considering a fallout 4. As for vechiles, I completely agree, who needs a cool car when you have radioactive animals

Re: Fallout
It's Bethesda. We won't have to worry about multiplayer. Not that I'd have an issue with it, I have plenty of Fallout fans I'd love to play with. Form my own band of Desert Rangers and take on slavers and raiders.
I'd be fine if they added motorcycles. Fast travel already makes going around too fast, adding vehicles won't change it. Also, we do get a car in Fallout 2. :u
I'd love to be able to play as a ghoul or super mutant.
Also I'd love to see a Deathclaw companion like in FO2.
My actual Fallout 4 wishlist is simple.
1. Mod support. Again this is Bethesda so we should be fine there.
2. Bring back the good/evil/neutral quest options. New Vegas sorta threw that out with just having factions to choose from instead of multiple choices in quests. Mostly anyway, or it felt like it to me at least.
3. Bring back New Vegas' Hardcore Mode.
4. Include more interesting companions.
5. Allow us to buy more houses. I loved my house in Megaton, and never cared for my room in the Lucky 38.
6. Bring back New Vegas' combat system with multiple ammo types and Damage Threshold (over Fallout 3's gross Damage Resistance mechanic).
7. Do not make us another vault-boy/girl. I loved it in Fallout 1 and 3, but not to repeat that idea more than twice.
Basically, make it a lot like a better New Vegas.
