Cool conversion! His nose is "blue" because he took a screenshot of it in the MSH viewer that has a blue background.

Pretty sure the Ithorian model doesn't match the one in the picture. Sure you put the right one in? The textures seem right for the one in the image, but not the model. *shrug*

(Though I really, really like the model you did put in - is that BF2-ready? :) )

i always take picture of my models into xsi or mshviewer, they are models ready for combat (enveloped) and of course i made some changes on original one :)

Okay, but it's clearly not the same model and it doesn't go with the textures supplied (the model uses only two applications of the same .tga, while the images supplied number to three, have different names, and don't apply to the model). The hands are not only a lot smaller than in the picture - they're not the same hands. Same with the feet. Also, the Ithorian in the download is wearing a backpack and slug-neck-cover that's missing from the one in the image, has completely different belt geometry, etc. I think it's the wrong model.

Eaol is right, the Ithorian download was either zipped up with the wrong model or the wrong textures.
Your com_inf_Ithorian_Soldier.msh calls for one texture (com_inf_Ithorian_Soldier.tga) which is missing from the archive, and instead is replaced by 3 others that don't fit the model UVs.

oops! you are right and Eaol too, i mixed textures from real model, with wrong model (ported swgalaxies ithorian)

Details:
It is CWA Aquadroid, the pack incluide normal and lowrez model (its normal with lowrez skeleton)
