I got tired of manually using visualmunge to get a new user script file every time I made one small change. So, I took Battlebelk's Battlefront 1 mission.lvl builder and set it up to build user script level files for Battlefront 2.
All you have to do is click the munge.bat and get your file in the output folder _lvl_pc then move your user script file to the game.
I have a current user_script_11.lvl already setup in the tool but you may use your own. The lua file included is just a template for adding buttons to Fake Console.

BUGS: The folder/directory of the tool must have no spaces in path name or tool breaks. I just keep the main tool folder on the desktop when I want to use it.

Nice. But i don't see the different to this tool:

This will make a new lvl file for every req in an folder called CustomLVL. Optional you can directly copy the file to the path you like. The tool is not very good setup, since it is one of my first projects, but it did it's job.
