So both MandeRek and Waz got me in for a map or two with the whole BF0 project so here are some preliminary shots from it. @waz mande said I could post a topic here if I wanted to..


So here's the story we all love Kashyyyk right? but what happens exactly after the battle? Well this map tries to tell the story of after the battle. It will feature intense forest fighting, a little wookiee village seen in the majority of the pics and really good sides which I will not be making.

Manderek said that he and the other BF:0 members would make the sides. They just wanted me to do map layout/design. So for now there are no custom sides. Once I am done with the "physical" map layout and design I will give the files to Manderek and he will add the sides

This is looking like your best map by far(at least in my opinion.) I assume it will be clones versus Wookies, with maybe Yoda as Wookie hero?

Great map mate! :D

This is really a map which looks original, traditionall but also new in every aspect.. Great to have it for Zero ;)

Not totally wrong though: our mod Jedi Hunt will focus on bringing down, or, surviving as Master Yoda. Wookiee's will be locals. On all modes ;)

@manderek you say how the map will have all these modes and everything umm what should i set up in zeroeditor should i set it up so it can support ctf or should i just add a local cp or are your guys gonna do it. also i was under the assumption that i can decide where cps and planning goes?

Sorry i was a bit confusing about that, haha.

You can just set up a conquest, and catch the flag if you want. We've got special scripts for hero assault, or other modes' which don't need special things in ZE (we created those after we lost sources of several worlds)

So basicly only locals are neccesary, the rest is up to you :thumbs:

You have successfully persuaded me to DL BF0. :D

Darn. That would have been cool, but this map would be great without it anyway. But that begs my question: what other fun goodies are you going to put in here? I got to whet my appetite. :D

well in the actual map itself there will be a wookiee village, a wookiee fort, and sorta a forest with lots of remnants from the previous battle other than that ask manderek
