The "Model (msh)" section of the FAQ could probably be helpful:

The Meshtool can convert directly to .obj, and will preserve UVs, but I believe the materials have to be reassigned. Tipan's MSH viewer converts to vrml, which can be converted to .obj with another program. Also, you can use XSI or the Softimage Modtool with the appropriate addon installed to convert to and from .msh. I hope this helps, but if you have further questions, feel free to ask (though I can't promise to be able to answer all of them).
