Ya... well this is just to let everyone know that I AM making it, and I just got done transfering a whole bunch of files over to my SWBF 2 assets so work will begin shortly....

anyways for screenshots on what it should be like check out filefront, my newest release, and I need *some* help thinking what the 4 new units should be...

So far (note: this is only the changes from the SWBF 1 version)

All:
Wookie will go back to having SWBF 1 weapons

Bothan Spy
Concussion Rifle
Stealth
(2) Regeneration
(2) Grappling Hook

Infiltrator
Incinerator
Sniper Rifle
(2) T-dets
(2) Auto Turrets

Imperials:

Officer
Sonic Blaster will change to... something, don't know what yet [NEED HELP HERE]
Recon Droid will change to Auto-Turrets, Rage to H/A Dispenser

Dark Trooper will get a shotgun

New unit replacing engineer [NEED HELP HERE]

CIS:
Magnaguard will get staff (lose rad. launcher) [NEED HELP HERE WITH MAKING STAFF]

as for the new unit I was thinking about maybe this:
Bounty Hunter (maybe a conversion from JK3, bosch? or zam wesell?)
Sniper Rifle
DL-44 Blaster (but weakened)
(2) Assasin Droid - Has Droid blaster, Flamethrower, and homing rockets.
(2) Poison Darts (ooooo jango's wrist blaster animation + poison + choking animation)

Rep:
Clone commander will lose recon droid to H/A dispenser, Rally will go into EMP Wave attack, get Arc Captain skin (or maybe commander cody 0.o)

Galactic Marine (replace heavy Trooper, "clone commander" skin)
[NEED MAJOR HELP WITH WEAPONS HERE]

Jedi (replace engineer)
Lightsaber (duuhhhh...)
Fusion Cutter (might have to be secondary)
(2) Force Push
(2) Weakened Saber throw (more drain, slower, less damage, less range)

Tusken Raiders:
The one with a bolt action rifle will be traded in for an Award Sniper rifle, and both raiders will get gaffi sticks (OOOOOOoooo)

Jawas:
Will gain H/A Dispenser



Ok, tell me what you think, and as you can see above, I need some help, so feel free to leave suggestions!

Hey Delta!! well looks good!! i would love to help you with the weapons and electrostaff( Modeling them ) but i can't export Yet, but i hope i will soon, so as soon as i can export my models, and if u still need help with making weapons/etc i am your man :)

he made A staff... but It needs a bone running from about 1 foot away from one end to about 1 foot away from teh other end, and at the ends of this bone it needs an hp_fire and hp_fire2, otherwise it A: won't work and B: can't have the purple ends.

I have a working Magnastaff in progress. 00M-9 is trying to get a constant electrical effect working but is having difficulty.

At the moment the Staff has 2 small purple lightsaber effects on each end .......... it looks good from a distance but to make it complete it needs an electrical effect.

If any1 wants to make this effect ...be my guest.

Are you sure it needs a bone? I saw directions that just said add a null for the hp_fire and stuff.... but that was for a gun so maybe its different for swords... HHmm I need to find out some how for a model I have in mind.

ya cuz I looked at maul's staff, and it has a bone running down the hilt, and in the odf it makes that bone like a blade so that It'll do damage. the hp_fire and hp_fire2 are required for blades coming out of it

And bandu okey dokey take your time.

Make sure you add a lot of cosmetic changes. Everybody loves different units.
