Is it really too much work to localize it for anything more than just US english version?
It's a real inconvinience, but most of us have to live with it, since many modders probably don't know that there is such a thing as a UK-english localization. Which brings me to another point. Why did they have separate localizations for UK and US? It's basically the same in-game.
As a last note: Many Europeans probably have the UK english version, except of course the countries with their own localizations.
